The Tales Of Spike & Tubby
Cats:
Spike- A gray kitten with cream patches everywhere, has amber eyes, sister To Tubby and Muffin.
Tubby- A dark brown tabby with Amber eyes, sister to Spike and Muffin.
Muffin- A Grey kitten with cream patches everywhere, green eyes, sister to Tubby and Spike
Crazy- A All white she-cat with a grey patch over her eye, ears and tail tip with blue eyes.
Snowball- A all white she-cat with amber eyes.
Calie- A colourfull she-cat with amber eyes.
Sammy- Ginger male, lives near the forest, amber eyes
Bearpaw- Dark brown tom with amber eyes
Stadytail- ginger tom with large green eyes
Tiny- Black and male kitten, age 12 moons, really small blue eyes
Greenflower- black she-cat with amber eyes, mother of Scornkit and Featherkit.
Scornkit- black she-cat with white paws and blue eyes,
Featherkit a light grey silver coloured she-cat with blue eyes.
Chapter 1:
Spike and Tubby, sister, started for the cat flap. "Hey hurry guys!" Shouted a grey she-cat with cream patches. She looked just like Spike, yet had cream patches in different places. "Stop rushing us Muffin!" Shouted Tubby, who was a dark brown tabby she-cat, she was rather fat, but she wasn't spayed, she was just well fat. The two sisters stepped out of the cat flap and said slowly, " Ok sis, where is everyone?"
Muffin stared at them and said slowly, "Calie is tring to get Snowball out of the house, and Crazy is coming, oh never mind here they all come." Muffin turned to the gate and with a small smile purred, "Ok are we ready?" Tubby stared at the others, her eyes narrowed and she slightly hissed, "Are you sure we should go there, what if are owners...."
There was a slight silents as Tubby looked around and said, "Ok lets go, I am out numbered anways." Everyone got to there feet and slowly started out the gate, there eyes wide and there noses up in there air. The turned to there left and as they started down the street they saw the tree tips of the forest. "So we sure?" Everyone nodded and they started for the Forest.
A light drop of rain landed on Spike's nose and she purred, "Are first rain storm outside!" She purred ahd looked at Tubby who was slapping the mud below her paws, "Can we stop and sleep, it must be night by now!" Complained Tubby. She sniffed the air, and with a slight jump a voice spoke, "Are you here to hurt me?" A very tiny voice broke the silent after Tubby's large leap.
Muffin stepped over to the kitten and asked, "How old are you young fellow?" Her voice was gentle but the tom's was rough, "I am 12 moons old and you can't tell me what to do missy! I just wanda come and get to the forest!" He hissed with angry as he stepped out of the brush and said, "I am Tiny!" He looked at the other cats and purred, "Lets go!"
Midnight covered the grass that the seven cats laid on. A mix of pelts covering the grass, yet it still covering them. Tubby got to her feet slowly as she heard the roaring of a car past by. Her mind was roaring with an answer to why she had come with her friends. Yet she new the answer. She couldn't be left behind. She looked to her right and there was Spike watching the road as well. "Spike...."
Spike turned her head slowly. Her sister Tubby was walking over to her. Oh my great cat heaven, what is she going to Complain about now. Spike thought but when she saw the worry look on her sister's face she spoke, "What's on the mind Tubby?" Spike asked as she looked to where they had to go. She new her way though there city, but when she had come to near the end,she saw a large feild and then the Forest. A forest for where her friends could live! Live with out ther owners!
"Spike, I want to know, why are we doing this? We could be at home. Or do you think we really well find the Wild cats you have heard of?" Tubby felt a paw poke her. Tiny had just joined them. Tiny was just as small as Tubby's shoulder. Tubby had caught a small feeling for the tom that had nearly killed her by scaring her. "Tiny." She said coldly narrowing her eyes, like she would to anyone she hated. Her angry would be forced on this cat for now. But Tiny was handsome to her. "TUBBY!" Snapped Crazy as she grapped Tubby's neck and pulled her back. Tubby had almost walked right over the edge of a small stream that the City had. "Sorry." Tubby whispered.
Spike licked Tubby's fur flatt. "It's ok Tubby anyone could of did that." Spike licked Tubby's ear. She and her sister had always been together. By Tubby being the oldest, and Spike being the runt, the two had been closer than anyone would of thought. Muffin, there other sister had been taken from them at a younge age, and was soon found after the Spike and Tubby had explored there owner's friends house. Muffin had shown the two sisters, Crazy, Calie and Snowball. "Remember the times we had here, and think of the times we will have out there." She pointed wiith her muzzle to the Forest tree-tops. Spike watched her sister jsut nod and turn away.
Following Tubby's stare she found it landed in the way that it shouldn't have, on Tiny. "Oh Tubby." Spike said pulling her paws into Tubby's face. "You can't like that Fur-ball can you!" But Tubby only spoke one word. "Why should I care, he thinks I am only a young she-cat chasing on his tail." Tubby turned away from her sister and started to go sit next to Snowball. Spike watched, hurt building up in her eyes. "I am sorry Tubby." She whispered, "I'm really sorry."
