Catching Prey {OPEN}

A sleek strong body crept on the forest floor after a rather plump mouse. Step after step he crept closer, his soft belly almost scraping the forest floor. His haunches shook in anticipation as he readied himself to launch at the mouse. Muscle tensed, he leaped and in one small pitiful cry, the mouse lay limp from his strong jowls. Content with his catch, he walked back to where he had a vole and a thrush buried and baried it quickly before going on the prowl again. Head raised and mouth open, he walked along the forest floor slowly waiting for the sound or smell of prey.

A creature sat on a branch above. It was scaled and small-about the size of a small raven. The small animal let out a jet of orange flame. It giggled oddly and fluttered down to meet StormChaser. But then he swooped past him and snatched a mouse almost directly infront of the other animal. He swished off overhead and circled around the cat.

With one last beat of his wings, he dropped the mouse and flamed it as it fell. It dropped infont of StormChaser's feet-smoking with the extreme heat it had just face.

Dachicho was here.

The scents of the forest filled her nose , with the scent of mouse among them. When the mouse grew competely unaware of her , Everbreeze began to pad quietly closer to it and broke into a dash when she got close enough kill it with a deathly bite to the neck. The furry creature went limb in jaws and she began to pad back to camp.

Then the scent of stormchaser fill the forest. Immediatiately , Everbreeze broke into a run and raced back to the hollow as if patrol of Shadowclan cats were chasing her. Suddenly , a sleek body knocked her clean off her paws and pinned down.Leaving her gasping in shock to see a pair of eyes staring back at her. Stormchaser!

A lean figure crept through the undergrpwth her belly almost skimming the ground. Her green eyes glanced around her, she opened her mouth breathing in the scents of the forest. A vole was not too far away so she slunk toward it. As she krept closer she pricked her ears for the slightest sound.

The vole was only a few feet away and she pounced her teeth sinking into the vole's neck killing it instantly. She looked up a triumphant glitter in her eyes. She bent down to have a bit before she went back to collecting herbs when she froze.

A twig had snapped behind her, she wirled around. Her claws unsheathed and she glared at the bushes as they russled behind her.

Stormchaser glared back at her with fury and hissed, " I thought I told you to guard the camp while I was gone?!" Everbreeze remained silent for a few heartbeats then shallowed her fear and growled , " I'll explain why if you'll let me up first !"

The deputy let her get to paws. " Now explain why you're hunting in the forest instead of guarding the camp , " He demannded. The tan tabby she-cat began to explain. " Taintedstar told me to go hunting for the clan , the fresh-kill pile was running low. I told him that you ordered me to guard incase there were any foxes near the camp entrance but he insisted me on going hunting and promised that whitestorm would guard. Until I got back."

" You must joking!" snorted Stormchaser. " Taintedstar would never do such a thing."
"Well , he did. Ask him yourself."
" I will when we get back to camp."
"Who made you clan leader? Taintedstar isn't with Starclan yet!" Everbreeze snarled. Stormcahser leaped at her and began clawing at her sides and belly. She twisted out of Stromchaser's grip and sank her teeth into his scruff ,making him yowl in pain. Then suddenly Speckleleaf charged into the clearing and knocked both cats of their paws and on to their sides bleeding.

"Speckleleaf..." Stromchaser mewed. " We didn't know you were here. "

Speckleleaf ignored his meow and spat at them , " Come back to camp immediately and don't even try to rip each other to shreds next to you meet like this!" She stalked off , fury fuming from her pelt.

Everbreeze got to her paws and padded beside her. " Can I hunt two mice at least?"

"Yes. But I advise you next time not fight another Clan Cat of your clan. Understand?"

She nodded. Then looked over at Stormchaser , who nodded as well. Everbreeze picked up the scent of two mice and quickly killed them. Guilt now pricked at paws.

[gaara]

Speckleleaf felt anger rush up inside her and she watched the two warriors as they got their two mice, "And now you both go back to camp" she hissed. Her green eyes softened slightly. "SOrry for yelling at you two but you shouldn't fight your own team mates" she meowed. Now she would have to go get her herbs later, she didn't trust these two to even get back to camp without ripping each other to shreads.

Dachico fluttered overhead and and watched the quiet arguement. The young dragon's wings were beginning to complain with pain as hovering tired them. With a last huff of exhaustion, he fell to the ground in a raven-sized heap. He got up and shook himself and grunted. Smoke puffed out in perfect rings from his nostrils as he looked at the other ThunderClanners. He was like the little sentry which checked everything was in order.

He was treated with only the highest respect. If anyone hurt him, they would pay.

Everbreeze paused to scent of Dachico. She looked up to the little dragon watching them and yowled up to him , " Well , hello there Dachico!"

[Glare]

Suddenly, there was an extrememly loud yowl that shook through the whole forest. Birds flew away in fear and the trees started to shake. Glare had returned to the forest. It was only moments before Glare, the Bloodclan leader, burst out of the trees. He yowled to the surrounding cats, " Which of you shall I kill first? Actually, I feel like having a fight now! One of you, attack me! I want to see how many seconds you last! Muahahahaha!"

Speckleleaf had just been about to bound away when she heard the yowl. Her blood chilled and she froze in mid step.

Gaara and Sasuke bounded out behind Glare. Their teeth bared, "I bet they wont last a second" Sasuke hissed. His black eyes were narrowed to slits. Gaara grinned evily, "Oh yes I bet they wont even last a millesecond"

[Glare]

OOC: Gaara, Speckleleaf, whatever you want to be called. Have you mad a bio for Gaara yet? If you haven't, then you aren't allowed to RP with Gaara, but its fine to RP with Sakura and Sasuke, since their bio's were accepted.

Sasuke hissed angrily and kicked up with his hind paws kicking Everbreeze off him, "Never" he hissed and pounced at her. HIs claws racking down her sides.

Gaara freed himself easily from the thunderclan cat's grip and retalliated with a fierce blow to the head. His green eyes shone with blood thirst and anger.

Speckleleaf hissed and tackled Gaara her claws racking his sides. But Gaara didn't even seem to feel her blows. He just hit back harder and fiercer than before.

Everbreeze, Nice long post BUT please do not use Gaara's charries. Please say that she expected them to do so next time ^^

[Glare]

OOC: No, you don't have to re-do Gaara's bio. I just never saw his bio, so I asumed he never had one.

Glare was knocked down by the small, gray tabby colored cat-but it was what Glare wanted to happen. When the cat hit him, he was pinned down. Glare did a simple trick to get his opponent off of him. Though it was simple, it was risky, so he had to finish the trick very quickly or he would be vulnerable to another attack by his opponent. Glare took his left leg and shoved his opponent off of him. His opponent landed on his back and Glare quickly rolled over so that Glare was on top of his opponent. Glare unsheathed one of his razor sharp claws and put it up to his opponents neck Glare then hissed quitely, but harshly and tensly, into his opponents ear, " Now you listen to me, forest cat! If you make one move, I'll kill you! If you make one cry for help, I'll kill you! If you surrender, admit that I am stronger than you, bow to me, and beg for my forgiveness, then there is a chance I might consider not killing you! Understand? Just know that this is not an offer I usually make! Normally, I would kill you without giving it a second thought! Its your choice: Surrender, or die!"
