Batfang limped into the center of the glade. The Sun was begining to set. His body, sore from the battle with Riverclan ached as he laid himself down on and off of sore pads.
He couldn't get the scent of battle away from him. He couldn't stop thinking about the battle and what had happened there. Mosstail...why should I care about such a scrawny river fish..
Batfang shook his head furiously to clear it. Darn that brother of his and him leaving him...didn't he care that he left his blood behind?
Such irony...

darkfeather came into the glade, looking for herbs, when he saw a cat, batfang by the looks of it, darkfeather walked up to him, " hey batfang, how you doing?"

"Sore but fine..." He said gruffly glancing back at the other smaller cat. His ear twiched in a scilent greeting. "We just came back from a battle..." He noted to the other. "Riverclan is being touchy with borders again..." He growled, remembering the fresh scent of blood...the scent of battle still clung against his fur. Batfang couldn't help but shake off the feeling from him.

He shook off the other's polightess. "No...that's okay..." He said trying to soud less irritable then usual. He shrugged. "Um...can I ask you somethin'?" He saidafter a long pause, as if h was trying to figure out everthing in words.
