Actually, any meddy cat, female leader, or female deputy would have to be without a mate, but only the females, well, female leaders and deputies, but any and all medicine cats must have no mate, because if they get pregnant, they have to go to the nursery, have their kits, and raise them until their 6 moons of age, and that would leave a SERIOS lack of them doing their duty to the clan. But thats just for the warrior code, meaning it doesn't count for Bloodclan.
