General Rules

You may only bump a post after a day. If you bump it sooner you shall loose 13 fresh-kill.
Never use offensive language to anyone. If you do you will get a ban for two days and if it persists it will get longer until a perminent ban.
Elite have been given high powers. If you insult them they can easily ban you.
Don't complain about your life and how bad it can be. If you life really is that bad, talk to someone such as a counciller. You can PM a friend about it but if they say not to complain any more you must stop.
All people must be respected greatly throughout our site.
You must not cuss ANYONE and if you do you will get an instant one week ban.
Do not spam the__MEOWS board and if you do, all the posts will be deleted.
If you hack someones account, your account will either be deleted or banned depending on the seriousness.
Always listen to Elite.
No Putting rude, offensive or nudity pictures ANYWHERE then you will be instantly banned and the images removed. This goes for links too.

Character Creation Rules

You can only create the maximum of 15 cats per account. Elite can create 20 cats per account. Site-commanders, however, can have as many as wanted.
You have to use the form because as you click New Thread it comes up with a new form.
You must check who has certain names before using them. If you try to use one already used then you may be declined instantly.
If you use a bio made by someone else without their permission then it is very likely to be declined.
You can have only a maximum of two high positions whilst site-commanders may have three.
Don't make all the same gendered cats and all in the same clan. You can join the cats up in family or friends but be cautious when you do this as some Clan Cats dislike this.
No odd names such as ScrewHead or ChickenWing because the cats don't know about these and they are stupid names.
No cats live perfectly and none are absolutely perfect in looks either. Keep this in mind when creating your cat.

Your Account

Don't have stupid names as your display name like BlahSunshine234, It must be something suited to RPing or your {normal} character name.If all of your cats wont fit on your signiture, then post it in Sharing Tounges-Other.
Your signiture image must be no bigger than 250x100 or you will get a PM like this: I am sorry to say that your signiture image is too big. {URL} must be resized within the next week or it will be removed.
Don't put random characters such as $545lr$$$"""!!%%^ on your profile or they will be removed. Sometimes this is concidered offensive.

RPing

You must not make mating too graphic.
Force Mating is allowed but only once per charrie per year and they must have permission from the owner.
No cats may ever eat another, They aren't cannibals.
Dont forget about how much Cats know. We know about some things they don't and they know about some things we don't.
You must post atleast 3 lines per post.
If you want to be an accomplished and respected Clan Cat then you must post paragraphs in a post.
No powerplaying! This is when you take control of another's cat.
Bad Example: CrowFeather leaped onto FireStar and bit deep into his neck which made him yowl and pass out.
Good Example: CrowFeather leaped onto FireStar and bit into his neck.

No God-Modding which is when you make your cat invincible.
Bad Example: CrowFeather side-stepped FireStar at such a speed. Then, as FireStar's claws raked his side, CrowFeather's wound healed and he struck FireStar.
Good Example: CrowFeather side-stepped FireStar but his claws snagged his skin. Then FireStar's claws raked his side and he fell.

You may have up to 8 dodges in a fight but if it lasts ages then you can have 5 more.
The leader can do whatever to a cat if they disobey them.
If a deputy dies, It is up to the leader to make a replacement with the proper ceramony.
